Scott is a Pennsylvania native,  Marine Corps veteran, father of three, and a cancer survivor. Scott received a BFA in Drawing and an MFA in sculpture from Edinboro University of PA. Following graduation, Scott worked as a product and showroom designer for an Italian furniture manufacturer and traveled Italy extensively studying sculpture, architecture and landscape. Scott “officially" became a professional sculptor and chainsaw Carver in 2008, competing in several national and international competitions while opening a private studio and gallery in Corry, Pennsylvania where he continues to create today.
